Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and 021 Auto Leasing LLC, doing business as 021 Auto Rentals (“021 Auto Rentals,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They cover your use of 021autorentals.com, your messages with us and any trip in a car we rent out. By using the website, contacting us or renting our car, you agree to them.

Effective date: November 2, 2026.

For the short version, see How booking works. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Booking through our booking partner

Every trip in our car is booked, paid for and confirmed on our booking partner’s page. That partner’s terms of service and its protection, deposit, cancellation, late-return, fee and claims policies apply to your trip, together with the rules in our listing and in these Terms. If they conflict, the booking partner’s terms control your booking.

A text, call or email with us does not reserve the car. A trip is confirmed only when our booking partner confirms it.

We never ask you to pay us directly for a trip. If anyone asks you to, contact us before you pay.

2. Website information

Every photo and video of the G 63 on this website shows our actual car. Its specifications come from the car’s original window sticker.

Prices, fees, discounts, availability and your final total are shown on our booking partner’s page before you book. If anything on our website differs from that page, the booking partner’s page applies. We correct mistakes on the website when we find them.

3. Who may drive

Every driver must be 30 or older, hold a valid driver’s license, be approved by our booking partner and be named on the booking before driving.

We check every driver’s license in person at hand-over. We may refuse to hand over the car if a license is missing, expired or does not match the driver, if a driver appears impaired, or if handing over the car would be unsafe or unlawful. Our booking partner’s rules then apply to the booking.

4. Hand-over, delivery and return

We deliver within 25 miles of Woodland Hills to the address and time on your booking, or you can collect the car in Woodland Hills. We walk around the car with you and photograph every side at hand-over and at return.

Return the car on time, at the agreed place, with the same fuel level (premium, 91 octane or higher) and in the same condition, allowing for normal wear. Need more time? Ask for an extension before your trip ends. Late returns are handled under our booking partner’s policy.

5. Using the car

While the car is in your care: no smoking or vaping; no pets unless we agree before the trip; no racing, track days, off-road driving or towing; no driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; no ride-hailing, delivery, paid passenger transport or subletting; stay in California unless we agree in writing first; no wraps, stickers, decorations or other changes to the car without our written OK; only named drivers may drive; and follow all traffic and parking laws.

Weddings, photo shoots and filming. You may use the car at your event and in your own photos and videos. For commercial productions, music videos or ads, tell us before the trip how the car will appear. Do not use our name or logo, or suggest that we endorse your production, without our written permission.

Tell us straight away about any warning light, damage or problem with the car.

6. Accidents, damage and theft

If there is an accident, damage, theft or breakdown, make sure everyone is safe, call the police when anyone is hurt or the law requires it, and tell us and our booking partner straight away. Do not arrange repairs yourself.

Damage, loss and related costs are handled under the protection plan you chose and our booking partner’s claims process, using the hand-over and return photos. What you owe is set by those terms and by law.

7. Tickets, tolls and parking

You are responsible for tickets, tolls, parking charges and towing or impound fees from your trip. We pass them on through our booking partner, under its policies, with a copy of each notice.

8. Vehicle location

The car has Mercedes-Benz connected services that can report its location. We use the car’s systems to read its mileage, its fuel level and the times of hand-over and return.

We switch on location tracking only: when you ask us for navigation, remote locking or roadside help; if the car is reported stolen or missing; if it has not been returned 24 hours after the agreed return time or any extension, after we have told you about this at hand-over and given you 24 hours’ notice by phone and email; if it is one week overdue; when police or a court requires it, including for an AMBER Alert; or if the car enters a tow yard or heads out of the country. We never use location data to charge you for speeding or how you drive, and we keep a record of each time tracking is switched on for 12 months.

9. Text message terms

Program. 021 Auto Rentals sends text messages about inquiries and trips: replies to your questions, delivery, hand-over and return details, reminders and support. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional offers. Agreeing to promotional texts is never a condition of renting.

How you opt in. When you text us first, or give us your mobile number and ask us to text you about a trip, you agree to receive these messages from (805) 666-6021. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them; we send one message to confirm. Reply HELP for help, or call (805) 666-6021 or email info@021autorentals.com.

Carriers and eligibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the number.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Email and documents. We email trip documents and notices only if you agree to receive them by email; otherwise we provide them another way. Our booking partner sends its own receipts and documents.

10. Using our website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with it, try to gain unauthorized access, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or use it to send false information or someone else’s details.

The website’s text, photos, videos and design belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site and share links to it; any other copying or commercial use needs our permission.

Mercedes-AMG and G 63 are trademarks of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. 021 Auto Rentals is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mercedes-Benz.

Links to other websites, including our booking partner, are for convenience. Those sites run under their own terms and privacy policies.

Accessibility. We want everyone to be able to use our website. If any part of it is hard for you to use, text or call (805) 666-6021 or email info@021autorentals.com; we will help you directly and work to fix it.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful injury, gross negligence or a violation of law, or any right you have that cannot be waived, including your rights under California’s rental car laws.

12. Your responsibility to us

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from third-party claims caused by your fraud, willful misconduct, unlawful use of the car or website, or breach of the rules in Using the car, except to the extent we caused them.

13. Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, contact us first; most problems are solved with a message. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either of us may take it to small claims court if it qualifies.

California law governs these Terms. Disputes about them will be heard in the state or federal courts for Los Angeles County, California, except where the law gives you the right to bring or defend a case somewhere else, such as the county where you live. Disputes about a booking may also be subject to our booking partner’s dispute terms.

14. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply from that date and do not change a trip that is already booked.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These Terms, the documents they mention and our booking partner’s terms are the whole agreement between us about their subject.
